Heavy Equipment Operator
We are currently looking for a Experienced Heavy Equipment Operator. The position is full-time, Monday to Friday at our manufacturing facility in Pickardville.

The Heavy Equipment Operator will be responsible for operating heavy equipment (Excavator, Forklift, Loader) in a safe and effective manner. This position is not limited to operating heavy equipment but assisting with general labouring work as well.

Responsibilities :
  • Safe and effective operation of heavy equipment including overhead cranes;
  • Ability to follow direction and understand scope of work;
  • Ensure a sound understanding of the issues involving ground disturbance;
  • Accurately complete all work reports;
  • Effective communication;
  • Regularly perform Health & Safety inspection of equipment and tools;
  • Follow all Health and Safety rules and regulations, as well as site specific policies;
  • Follow equipment maintenance schedule and advise if repairs are required;
  • Perform other tasks related to this function.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Able to work with minimum supervision

Construction Labourer
We are currently looking for Construction Labourers. The positions are full-time, Monday to Friday at our manufacturing facility in Pickardville.

Responsibilites :
  • Previous experience in the construction industry
  • Ability to operate hand tools in a safely and efficiently
  • Willingness to learn new things and comes to work with a positive attitude
  • Eager and energetic with the ability to work independently
  • Able to problem solve and looks for solutions not excuses
  • Demonstrated ability to operate equipment safely
  • Overhead Crane training considered an asset
  • Forklift/Skidsteer Operator Safety Training considered an asset
  • Must have a valid class 5 drivers license
  • Good communication skills
  • Must be able to perform heavy manual labour
  • Have a passion to succeed and a desire for personal growth

Millwright
We are currently looking to fill the position of Millwright . This position is full-time at our manufacturing facility in Pickardville located 45 minutes north of Edmonton.

The Heavy Equipment Operator will be responsible for operating heavy equipment (Excavator, Forklift, Loader) in a safe and effective manner. This position is not limited to operating heavy equipment but assisting with general labouring work as well.

Accountabilities :
  • Perform Water Heating Boiler System Install and setup for Precast Facility
  • Perform service to manufacturing equipment keeping it in satisfactory operating condition
  • Inspect, detect and correct failures either before they occur or develop
  • Follow schedules and perform checks, daily task lists and checks
  • Perform minor electrical repairs and possess the knowledge to trouble shoot these areas
Requirements :
  • Journeyman Red Seal Millwright
  • Minimum 3rd year apprentice with a 5th or 4th class Power Engineer
  • Familiar with pumps, motors, VFD's and PLC's
  • Proven ability to weld stainless TIG/Stick
  • High Degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Self-responsible with the ability to organize, multi-task, prioritize and work under pressure
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
  • One-year related manufacturing (processing) experience would be an asset

Intermediate/Senior Project Manager
We are seeking a proactive, solutions oriented individual for the above position. To succeed you will have relevant post secondary education with a minimum of 5 – 10 years experience in a General Contracting environment with the ability to successfully schedule and manage, from inception until completion, a variety of methods of project delivery from design build, fixed price or project management with project values ranging from $500,000 - $20,000,000.

We are a General Contracting firm with an established pre -engineered metal building division. We specialize in commercial/light industrial design build, projects throughout Alberta and Northern B.C.

We are currently seeking a Business Development Professional in our Edmonton location to complement our existing Business Development group.

To succeed in this position you will have to be conversant in the construction industry preferably in the General Contracting environment. The ability to establish and maintain relationships with both the client and your team members, be enthusiastic, flexible, professional and well organized is essential. Travel will be required.
